We are an Approved Provider of the Victorian Energy Upgrade program and have to upgrade thousands of homes with ceiling insulation as well as Electrical and air conditioning systems across North, South, and East Melbourne.

We need experienced and reliable Insulation Installers to work alongside our in-house team Electricians, Refrigeration Mechanics and Plumbers. (We do not sub-contract any of our work).

The Deal: Prove your experience and work ethic on insulation and pass probation, we will offer you a formal Apprenticeship as a Refrigeration Mechanic or Electrician OR we offer you a position as an Insulation Manager.

What You Need

- Insulation Experience: Hands-on experience with residential insulation (experience & comfort in roof spaces and tight spots is a must).

- Tickets: HSSCPC0014 Retrofit Insulation Installer, White Card (OHS) and Working at Heights ticket.

(If you don't know what HSSCPC0014 is, please search it. It is a 4 week course on safely installing insulation in electrical environments. We will pay for the right applicants to achieve this qualification if they can prove they are experienced insulation installers)

- Licence & Transport: Your own vehicle to reach our HQ in Burwood, VIC (ability to drive a manual is required for company vehicles). As all work is carried out in company vehicles.

- Mindset: Strong work ethic, reliable, and ready to learn.

- Availability: Ready for an immediate or short-notice start.

- Bring a team: We are looking to onboard as many insulation installers before 01/10/26. We will offer a $2000 finders fee for every qualified insulation installer you also recommend who also passes probation.
