About the Role

You'll sit at the heart of project delivery, partnering with Project Managers to manage the contracts, budgets, forecasts, variations and reporting that keep projects on track. It's a role for someone who thrives on detail, takes ownership and wants to play a key part in delivering exceptional project outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

- Preparing, issuing and managing subcontractor and supplier contracts and variations

- Creating and maintaining project budgets, forecasts and costing summaries

- Ensuring invoices are logged, coded and approved on time, every time

- Supporting Project Managers with permits, reporting and site administration

- Supporting Project Managers with compliance and risk management

- Building strong,



professional relationships with suppliers and subcontractors

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 3 years' experience in contract administration within construction (commercial experience preferred)

- Strong financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting skills

- Confident negotiator with excellent organisational and communication skills

- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Procore or similar project management software

- Relevant tertiary qualification highly regarded
