Our Client is a long standing local player in the sale and maintenance of highly successful, instantly recognised, international brands of Air conditioning units that they supply, install and maintain to the Bus and Rail Industries.

Continuing their focus on Excellent Customer Service, as the successful candidate, you will be part of the team responsible for the installation, service and maintenance of their products and growing range of equipment, employed directly by the client.

You will:

- need to be a good problem solver, systematic diagnostic based in your thinking and be able to think on your feet.



You will be the type of person that loves the challenge of fault finding/diagnostics.

- Ideally, you will have had experience resolving electrical issues or doing electrical based installs such as vehicle accessories etc and have a basic understanding of 12v and/or 24 volt systems.

Either way, you will have full technical support in the field should you require it, plus ongoing training if required.

Not negotiable and of utmost importance are your communication skills and an excellent customer service attitude.

You will be required to do overtime. We are only interested in speaking to candidates that have the capacity to work the extra hours to get the job done. Expect 8-10 hours a week of regular overtime at penalty rates, so this is your chance to earn some real money!

Please note that this role is a field service role, Monday to Friday, metro area only. A rare occurance depending on customer needs at the time, there may be some Saturday work by negotiation. You will be given plenty of notice should this occur.
