We’re partnering with a well-established, growing MSP looking for a strong Level 3 Engineer to join a cooperative technical team.

What you'll be doing:
Handling L2/L3 escalations across infrastructure, cloud, and networking
Supporting and troubleshooting across Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and endpoint management
Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy administration
Virtualisation (Hyper-V / VMware) and backup/DR
Networking support - routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, VPN
Involvement in project work including migrations and deployments




Helping lift the capability of junior engineers around you

What you'll bring:
2+ years' MSP experience – essential
Australian Permanent Residency – essential
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Strong Microsoft stack across M365, Azure / Entra ID and Intune
Solid networking fundamentals
Experience with cyber security tools would be highly regarded
