The Department:
Medium-sized agency, TechOne setting, strong WFH conditions.

The Role:
This EL1 financial accountant role will see you working in a medium-sized agency. You’ll reasonably autonomous in your management of the financial reporting. This role is to cover a period of leave and will be for an initial period of 12 months.

You’ll lead a small team and balance leadership with technical delivery. The department has strong systems and processes and operate in a TechOne workplace. They offer strong flexibility with a minimum of 2 days per week WFH.

They are looking for an established EL1 who has the experience and capability to lead a team and lead the technical delivery of financial statements. The role is available as either a labour hire or non-ongoing contract.





Your Skills and Experience:
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate current financial accounting experience from within a Federal Government environment, you must therefore be an Australian Citizen – a Baseline clearance is mandatory for this position.

Experience of successful management and completion of a number of financial statement cycles coupled with qualified qualifications (CA/CPA) will make you a front runner for this role. You must also have great communication skills and experience of leading people.
