Recruitment Advisor
Key responsibilities:
Manage end to end white- and blue-collar recruitment and selection processes
Source, screen and interview candidates
Develop job advertisements and recruitment campaigns
Coordinate offers and onboarding activities
Build talent pipelines and provide recruitment market insights
Must have 3 years of experience in a recruitment role

HR Business Partner - Employee & Industrial Relations

Key responsibilities:
Provide advice on employee and industrial relations matters
Manage investigations, performance management and workplace issues
Interpret employment legislation, Modern Awards and workplace policies
Support workforce planning,



organisational change and employee engagement initiatives
Coach leaders on best-practice people management

About You
Minimum 8 years' experience in a Human Resources, with strong experience in Employee Relations or Industrial Relations
Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and workplace practices
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
HRBP applicants will have significant Employee Relations and Industrial Relations experience
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline are highly regarded
