About the role

As a Site Supervisor at Everest Civil, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction operations at our projects around regional Queensland. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to ensure the successful completion of our construction projects.

What you'll be doing
Coordinate and supervise construction crews to ensure work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and safety compliance
Liaise with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to provide regular progress updates
Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise on the construction site
Provide on-site training and mentorship to construction workers
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with relevant building codes and regulations
Maintain detailed records and documentation of construction activities

What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction management role
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and best practices




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate construction teams
Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and make decisions in a quick-paced environment
