Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of accountants across a diverse range of client engagements
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic business and tax advice
Oversee and review compliance work, ensuring high standards and technical accuracy
Drive operational efficiency and contribute to internal process improvements




Play an integral role in business development and client acquisition activities
Mentor and support junior team members in their professional development
Work closely with the Directors on firm strategy, growth initiatives, and succession planning

About You
CA/CPA qualified with 8+ years of experience in public practice accounting
Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver strategic advice
Robust technical skills across accounting, tax, and business advisory
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities
Commercially minded with a genuine interest in contributing to business growth
Looking for a long-term leadership opportunity with equity potential
