$120,000 - $127,000 + Super + Salary Sacrifice

In collaboration with state and federal government, commissioned by the South Brisbane PHN, Footprints are the lead agency for the Logan and Cleveland Medicare Mental Health Centres. The centres offer mental health support and care for people in distress, without the need for an appointment, referral or mental health treatment plan. Staffed by a multidisciplinary care team, including clinical and peer workers, care is tailored to the needs of each person who visits.

As the Mental Health Manager, you will be responsible for clinical oversight, governance and oversee service delivery of the Centre's in South Brisbane. Work alongside the General Manager to identify areas for improvements to service delivery,



clinical care and support the operations at the centres.

You will also:
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
Recruit, onboard and develop current team members
Evaluate service and monitor client outcomes
Be responsible for Clinical Governance framework
Identify areas for service improvement
Drive strategic direction of the service

About you:
Relevant Qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling MH Nursing or MH OT
Accreditation with a governing body (AASW, AHPRA, Level 4 ACA, Clinical PACFA or ACMHN)
In depth knowledge of evidence-based, trauma-informed care
Experience leading services within adult mental health
Clinical background in Mental Health
Community focused leader who wants to make a difference in the South Brisbane region
