Key responsibilities
Support children's learning through play, exploration, and meaningful connections
Facilitate outdoor and nature-based learning experiences
Support emotional well-being and holistic development
Encourage creativity, curiosity, and problem-solving through loose parts play
About you
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or working towards)
Ideally 2+ years' experience in an early learning setting
Interest in nature-based learning and play-based education (support and mentoring provided)
A collaborative team player with a positive, professional approach
Passion for ongoing learning and career development
