About the role

Specsavers Morisset is seeking a Casual Optical Assistant to join our retail team in Morisset, NSW. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional eyecare experience to our customers, ensuring they receive the highest quality service and product solutions.

What you'll be doing
Warmly greet and engage with customers, understanding their specific needs and preferences
Assist customers with frame selection, lens options and product information
Process customer transactions and payments with accuracy and efficiency
Maintain a clean, tidy and visually appealing store workplace
Restock and rotate merchandise as required
Provide outstanding customer service and support at all times

What we're looking for
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a friendly and professional customer experience
Excellent attention to detail and numerical skills for accurate order processing




Enthusiasm for providing exceptional service and a genuine interest in eyecare
Flexible and adaptable, weekend availability a must!
No optical experience necessary!
