We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our team in Kalgoorlie. This is a key role responsible for identifying, sourcing and supplying parts while providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. The role will also support general storeperson duties, ensuring effective stock handling, organisation and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
Interpreting parts requirements for customers and workshop staff
Identifying and sourcing parts using electronic catalogues and supplier systems
Processing sales orders, quotes and invoices
Maintaining accurate inventory and stock levels
Receiving, checking and storing incoming parts deliveries
Picking, packing and dispatching parts orders
Loading and unloading deliveries as required
Assisting with stock takes and inventory control
Maintaining an organised and clean parts warehouse
Ensuring parts are correctly labelled, stored and easily accessible
Building and maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships
Ensuring the parts department is operating efficiently and safely
General storeperson duties as required

Skills & Experience




Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter, Storeperson or in a similar parts/warehouse role
Robust knowledge of automotive, heavy vehicle, mining or machinery parts (preferred)
Current and valid Driver's Licence (essential)
Forklift licence highly regarded
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong computer skills and experience using parts catalogues and inventory systems
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, motivated and safety focused
Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks
