We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Structural Drafter to join a well-established Australian engineering consultancy with offices across North Sydney, Parramatta, Brisbane and Melbourne.

This role can be based from either the North Sydney or Parramatta office, offering flexibility depending on your preferred location.

You’ll join a team-oriented technical team and work on large and complex structural projects, with the autonomy to take projects through to IFC.

The Role
You will be responsible for producing high-quality structural documentation across a diverse range of projects, working closely with engineers and multidisciplinary teams.
We’re looking for:
5–10 years’ qualified structural drafting experience, ideally within a consulting workplace
Advanced AutoCAD (essential) and Revit skills
Proven experience delivering large and complex projects through to IFC
Experience across reinforced concrete, structural steel, retaining structures and civil infrastructure
Knowledge of relevant Australian Standards and Industry Design Guidelines
Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams




Proven ability to deliver IFC documentation packages independently
Knowledge of AI integration is advantageous
