Assistant Property Manager – Adaptable working hours
Hodges McGrath Rye is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Property Manager to join our friendly and professional team on either a full time or part time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised property management qualified who enjoys working in a rapid-paced environment and being part of a supportive team. To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous property management experience
A current Agent's Representative Certificate
A reliable motor vehicle and current driver's licence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
The ability to work efficiently within a busy team environment
A professional and proactive approach to client service
