About the role

The Service Delivery Analyst provides frontline ICT support, ensuring efficient resolution of incidents and service requests while delivering a consistent and positive user experience.

Your main duties will include:
Call Handling & Real-time support
Incident & Request Resolution
Maintain good ticket Management & throughput practices
Support a collaborative and high-performing team environment
Build strong relationships with site staff
Work in accordance with the mission and vision of Calvary and actively participate in developing a culture that promotes Calvary’s values of healing, hospitality, stewardship, and respect.
Will involve after hours support from time to time

About you
Experience in ICT support
Strong customer service skills
Ability to manage workload and priorities
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Have access to a car and valid current drivers license
