About the role
The Product Manager is responsible for defining product strategy, identifying customer needs, prioritising the product roadmap, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver products that create measurable value for customers and the business.

Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
Experience working with Agile/Lean product development teams.
Ability to translate customer and business needs into transparent product requirements.
Comfortable using data and metrics to make product decisions.
Robust customer empathy and commercial awareness.
