The prospect

Join a leading healthcare organisation and make an immediate impact in a supportive and cooperative team. We are seeking a HR Coordinator to join a supportive healthcare organisation on a 3-month temporary contract, based in Inner East Melbourne.

About the role

This is a hands-on HR coordination role supporting the wider team across day-to-day HR activities, including:
HR administration and employee records
Recruitment and onboarding support
Assisting with Recruitment
Employee lifecycle administration
Supporting managers and employees with HR queries
Preparing HR documentation and reports
Assisting with HR projects and initiatives





About you

You’ll be an organised and proactive HR professional who can hit the ground running. You’ll ideally have:
Previous experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Administration role
Robust attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A practical, can-do approach
Availability for an immediate start
