Core Responsibilities
Project Planning: Create and manage detailed project schedules, milestones, and task lists for timely delivery of projects.
Budget Management: Prepare cost estimates, control project costs, and approve subcontractor invoices.
Quality Control: Ensure all concrete work meets structural engineering specifications, safety codes, and industry standards.
Team Leadership: Supervise in office superintendents, foremen, and coordinate with sub-contractors and suppliers.
Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and structural engineers. Building and maintaining robust client relationships, fostering trust and delivering exceptional service.
Safety Compliance: Enforce strict job site safety regulations and OSHA compliance.
Ensure compliance with current industry standards and regulations.
Key Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of project management experience in concrete construction or commercial building.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Skills: Solid proficiency in reading blueprints, structural drawings, and using project management software like Procore or Primavera P6.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of concrete mix designs, formwork systems, rebar placement, and pour schedules.
