About the Company:

Unidex Healthcare are a privately owned recruitment company established in 2001 and operate across Australia, with our main offices in Victoria, Current South Wales, South Australia and Queensland. Unidex actively recruit for all areas in the healthcare field specialising in Disability Services, Support Services and Allied Health.

The Role:

We are currently looking for a part time permanent After Hours Consultant to join our internal team. This role is on a permanent part time position working from home averaging 20 - 25 hours per week and commencing immediately. Training and equipment will be provided.

Our After Hours operational hours are:
Monday-Friday: 4am-8am & 6pm-11pm
Saturday & Sunday: 6am-2pm & 3pm-11pm

Please note: weekends are required each week and availability for both AM and PM shifts throughout the week is required.

Pay rate:

Day - $31.70 per hour





Night - $41.21 per hour

Saturday - $47.56 per hour

Sunday - $48.62 per hour

Key responsibilities
Respond to candidate and participant enquiries via phone and email
Manage shift fall-offs, roster changes, and urgent updates
Liaise with internal teams as needed and complete end-of-shift reports
Support compliance and recruitment administration when required

Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role or as a Support Worker
Robust communication and phone manner
Ability to de-escalate situations calmly and professionally
High attention to detail, reliability, and a sense of urgency
