About You:
You will work closely with the Food and Beverage Management Team to curate menus specialising in fine beverages and unique cocktails




Create memorable experiences for our guests by getting to know their needs and providing exceptional service
Together with the Restaurant Manager, ensure that the appropriate hygiene, brand standards and cost control measures are in place

What you need to be successful:
Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury bar
Excellent knowledge of a wide range of wine, spirits and cocktails
A flair for creating a rapport with guests and colleagues
Knowledge of safety and hygiene requirements
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as required
