MAZA is a recent upcoming contemporary Asian Cafe bringin together western brunch culture with bold and exciting asian flavours.

MAZA will focus on food that feels familiar but refreshed/re-modernised, we're looking for cooks and chefs who are curious, reliable, and genuinely passionate in food - people who want to be part of something new and exciting.

About the Role

You'll be working alongside our experienced kitchen team preparing a variety of Asian-inspired dishes, from our signature dishes like Bubur ayam(chicken congee), Perkedel Rosti with babi merah(Red pork), and Rendang Quesadilla . We're after someone who can stay calm under pressure, delivery consistency, and bring care and attention to every plate.

What We're looking for
Minimum 2 years of commercial kitchen experience
Must be available for Weekend Shift
Experience or genuine interest in Asian cuisine
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently when needed
Strong sense of teamwork and kitchen hygiene standards
