The role

As our Customer Service Superstar, you will act as a first point of contact with the opportunity to create and transform our customer’s experience.

In Detail You Will

Manage incoming calls,



chats and customer service enquiriesProvide technical support to our end usersLearn new troubleshooting and product information on the jobSchedule Technicians for onsite technical resolutionInitiate warranty orders through our systemEnsure all WHS and industry standards are met and followed
