WA Salt – Koolyanobbing is seeking experienced Mobile Plant Operators and HR Truck Drivers to join our team for the 2026/2027 Salt Harvest.

This is a Drive In / Drive Out (DIDO) short-term contract role at our Salt Lake operation located 72 km from Southern Cross, Western Australia, commencing October/November 2026, and continuing to December/Early 2027, weather permitting.

About the Role

You will be part of a small, dedicated team working on our major annual harvest. Duties include operating a range of mobile plant and heavy vehicles in a safety-focused workplace.

Equipment operated may include:
Trucks
Tractors
Graders
Other mobile plant

On-the-job training will be provided where required,



offering excellent work variety.

What We’re Looking For

Successful candidates will demonstrate:
A solid commitment to safety at all times
HR Truck Licence for some positions
A very solid work ethic
Ability to work effectively in a small team
Current driver’s licence and own transport
Self-motivation and proactive attitude
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
Flexibility to change roster due to weather events
