About the role

The Maintenance/Grounds Person works closely with the Facilities Manager to ensure all building systems, plant, grounds, and common property areas are maintained to a high standard. This is a practical, hands on position suited to someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in maintaining a premium residential setting. This is a full time permanent role.

Key responsibilities
Carry out routine building maintenance, repairs, and daily checks
Support the Facilities Manager with scheduled servicing and contractor coordination
Assist with the upkeep of pools, gardens, landscaped areas, plant rooms, and common areas
Respond to Common Property maintenance requests and building issues
Maintain compliance with WHS requirements and strata by laws
Keep accurate maintenance records and assist with preventative maintenance programs

About you
Robust experience in building, grounds, or facilities maintenance




Practical trade skills and problem solving ability
Skilled communication and a customer focused approach
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the Facilities Manager
Experience in strata or large residential buildings (preferred)
