We are a retail Lotto, tobacconist and giftware established for over 2 years that prides itself of fast and friendly customer service, and high quality products at great prices.

About the role
You will be assisting with daily operation, assigned tasks and meeting sales target
Capable of entering incoming stock, stock control assistance with stock ordering
Excellent customer service and high attention to detail
Always place the customer as your first priority
Fast-paced environment with high customer attention
Capable to work autonomously and independently

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Achieving day to day operational routines
Ensuring adequate stock levels and notifying management for low stock lines
Managing of stock, gift lines, Lotto , and tobacco
Maintaining a protected and clean environment for staff and customers
A flair for visual merchandising and creating eye-catching presentations




Engaging with your local community by remembering frequent customers and products

Our ideal candidate will possess:
Relevant Retail experience.
Excellent customer service with a high level of integrity.
Experience in TSG and The Lott systems preferable
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Proven to be reliable, punctual and service with a smile!

Training will be provided for the right candidates

Job Type: Part time or Casual

Experience:
Retail management: 1 year
Lotto: 6 months (Preferred)
Tobacconist: 6 months (Preferred)

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: From $26.50 per hour
