Key Responsibilities
Own the Leasing Seat: Manage end-to-end leasing, including prospective tenant inquiries, conducting open homes, vetting applications, and processing lease agreements.
Routine Inspections: Assist with routine property inspections, compiling detailed image-led reports, and flagging maintenance items.
Portfolio & Admin Support: Assist the Senior PM team with tenant onboarding, rent arrears tracking, compliance administration,



and landlord updates.
Drive Yields: Use market insight and a commercially focused mindset to keep vacancies low and property performance high.
