This is an exciting part time role for a Rural/Agricultural/Horticulture/High Risk Trainer/s to join the team at SDS Training in South East, Central & North Queensland. As a Trainer as SDS, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to deliver predominately in the local area.
What you'll be doing
Designing and delivering engaging training programs covering a range of entry level skills, such as ACDC, Chainsaw, Biosecurity, Fencing etc.
Collaborating with subject matter experts to continuously improve and expand the training curriculum and develop recent business opportunities.
Maintaining detailed records of all training activities and participant progress
Promoting the training programs build awareness and drive enrolments
What we're looking for
Significant experience working in the industry, with an understanding of modern farming practices and challenges
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and educate trainees from diverse backgrounds
Proven track record of developing and delivering high-impact training programs
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure all training activities are well-planned and documented
Qualifications:
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Current)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Previous experience in a training role is preferred but not essential
