We’re looking for a experienced, reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to support our growing operations team. This role is critical in ensuring materials, equipment and project kits are prepared accurately and delivered to field teams on time.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in organisation, and works well in a fast-paced setting.

About the Role

Reporting to the Warehouse leadership team, your responsibilities will include:
Receiving and checking incoming deliveries
Picking, packing and preparing project materials
Assisting with job picking and material allocation
Maintaining warehouse organisation and stock presentation
Performing stock counts and inventory checks
Supporting rolling stocktakes and stock accuracy initiatives
Managing returns, damaged stock and discrepancies
Loading and unloading vehicles safely
Maintaining tools, equipment and warehouse consumables




Assisting field teams with collections and material requests
Following company processes, procedures and WHS requirements

About You

We’re looking for someone who:
Has previous warehouse, stores or logistics experience (preferred)
Has solid attention to detail and accuracy
Is physically capable of manual handling activities
Can prioritise and work efficiently under changing demands
Communicates well and works collaboratively
Is comfortable learning systems and following processes
Takes ownership and shows initiative
Holds a current driver’s licence (preferred)

Highly Regarded
Forklift licence
Experience with inventory or ERP systems
Experience in electrical, construction, technology or trade environments (preferred)
