About the role

Full-Time | Gold Coast | Office-Based Role | 38 Hours Per Week (7:00am - 3:00pm)

Focus Pest Management is seeking an organised and customer-focused Pre-Construction Scheduler to join our growing team on the Gold Coast.

This is an office-based position responsible for coordinating bookings for termite management system installations on new residential and commercial construction projects. You will be the key point of contact for builders, site supervisors and internal teams, ensuring projects are scheduled accurately and completed on time.

Key Responsibilities
Receive booking requests via phone and email from builders and construction companies.
Schedule termite management installations and inspections.
Coordinate technicians and subcontractors to ensure works are completed on schedule.
Maintain accurate job records, schedules and documentation.
Communicate with builders, site supervisors and homeowners regarding booking requirements.
Monitor upcoming work and proactively manage scheduling conflicts.
Assist with general customer service and administrative duties as required.

About You
Previous experience in customer service, scheduling or administration.
Experience within the construction, building,



pest management or trade services industry is highly desirable.
Excellent phone manner and communication skills.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
Methodical and proactive approach to your work.
Strong computer and administration skills.
A positive team player who enjoys working in a rapid-paced environment.
Ability to build robust working relationships with builders, contractors and colleagues.
