We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications & experience
Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
Previous managerial experience with strong leadership skills
Any relevant trade certification that may assist with fulfilling the role
A outstanding attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
Able to work in a rapid-paced workplace and multi-task effectively
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills

Tasks & responsibilities
Working knowledge of building maintenance across a broad range of skill sets
Ability to independently manage a small team to keep the property in pristine condition for our guests




Ability to think outside of the square to be creative in finding solutions to all issues
Ability to be hands on
Coordinate work performed by external contractors
Computer proficient with the ability to operate building management systems and rostering systems.
Able to communicate both verbally and written with other members of the senior management team
Be proficient in reporting and communicating goals and strategies
Availability of working at weekends or be on call when required
