We're hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager to drive authentic Italian hospitality, operational excellence, and profitability at our high-volume locations. Key Responsibilities:
Lead FOH operations, including daily briefing, rostering , inventory, and cash-ups while hitting KPIs like COGS, labour wage, and star Google ratings.​
Partner with Head Chef for seamless service, menu knowledge, and table turnover in our relaxed Italian atmosphere.
Coach staff on SOPs, handle guest feedback, events, and continuous improvement via weekly meetings and the "Fix-It Loop".​
Ensure 100% compliance with checklists, WHS, and systems for reservations/delivery.​

Ideal Candidate:
Previous Restaurant Manager in hospitality (Italian/casual dining preferred).
Proven track record in financials, team leadership, and guest satisfaction; RSA certified.
Available evenings/weekends; right to work in AU; passion for authentic Italian experiences.
Confident leading a team and delegating tasks during service.
Solid communication skills and professional presentation.
Passion for quality food, wine and genuine Italian hospitality.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
