About the Role

You'll be part of our production and installation team, working on a wide variety of signage projects across Mackay. Your days will include:
Assisting with installations in the workshop and in office
Preparing and assembling signage materials
Operating or assisting with printers, vinyl cutters, CNC routers, and other equipment
General labouring, lifting, and workshop support
Helping to keep the workplace secure, clean, and organised





What We're Looking For
Reliability and a good work ethic — we need someone we can count on
Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
Current driver's licence (essential)
Current, valid rights to work in Australia (essential)
White Card (advantageous but not essential)
Experience with tools, machinery, or welding is a bonus
Industry experience is valued but not required — we'll provide training for the right person
