What we’re looking for
Current RSA & RCG qualifications are essential
Advanced RCG is highly regarded
Previous gaming experience is preferred, but not essential
A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service
Reliable, professional and well-presented
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment
