De Iuliis Wines is on the lookout for a Casual Cellar Door Host to join our friendly, energetic team in Pokolbin. This is a casual role, with hours that vary depending on how busy we are. Weekend availability is essential.

What You’ll Be Doing
Welcoming guests to our cellar door and setting the tone for a outstanding visit
Hosting wine tastings and chatting to customers about our wines
Helping guests find the perfect bottle (or two) to take home
Delivering warm, genuine customer service — wine knowledge is a bonus, but we’re happy to teach the right person
Assisting with general cellar door operations, including stock, POS, and cash handling
Helping create a fun, engaging, and memorable experience for every visitor

(You must be at least 18 years of age due to alcohol service and cash handling.)

What We’re Looking For




Australian work rights and a valid RSA
At least 6 months of customer service experience (hospitality or wine experience is a plus, but not essential)
Confident, friendly communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
A genuine interest in wine (or a strong willingness to learn)
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
