Orgen Group is currently looking for a reliable and safety-focused Roller Operator to join our team for civil construction works across Melbourne.

About the role

You will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a roller/compactor on civil construction sites, assisting with ground preparation and compaction works while following site safety and operational procedures.

Requirements
RIIMPO317F – Conduct Roller Operations certificate/ticket
Previous roller operating experience preferred
Civil construction or earthworks experience highly regarded
White Card
Ability to safely operate and complete pre-start checks on plant
Solid commitment to workplace health and safety
Reliable and punctual
Full PPE
Valid driver's licence preferred
VOC (Verification of Competency) is highly regarded and may be required by the client/site
