Ryo’s Noodles – Full-Time Kitchen Staff / Cook

Ryo’s Noodles is a long-established ramen restaurant in Crows Nest, Sydney, with 23 years of history.

We are looking for a full-time kitchen staff member to join our team.

Salary

$65,000 – $90,000 + Superannuation per year

Salary will depend on your experience, skills, responsibilities and expected working hours.

Comfortable working in a busy kitchen
Adaptable with shifts
Interested in ramen and keen to learn more about ramen making

Japanese is preferred, but not essential, as Japanese is commonly used within the team.

Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is preferred, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
Preparing and cooking ramen
Food preparation
Preparing soup, chashu, sauces and other ingredients
Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen
Following food safety and hygiene standards
General kitchen duties

Working Hours / Availability
8:00–14:30
16:30–21:30




Split / full-day shifts available
Full time, approximately 5 days per week
Must be versatile across morning prep, lunch, dinner, weekdays and weekends

We are looking for someone who can commit to working with us for at least 12 months.
