We are a friendly, patient‑focused medical practice in the Perth CBD seeking a Casual Medical Receptionist who can provide regular weekly support and additional coverage for sick and annual leave when available.

Essential Criteria
Medical reception experience
Able to work as part of a team
Multitasking ability
Excellent communication and time management skills
Experience in Medical Director and Pracsoft.

Duties( but not limited to)
Meeting and greeting patients
Answering phones and making appointments
Billing and receipting money
Entering and scanning patient data and documents
