The Role

FULLTIME for right candidate.

We’re looking for a Fitter Welder to join our crew. A big part of the job will be building subframes and trays for truck-mounted cranes, along with general fabrication and fitting. If you’ve got hydraulics experience, that’s a bonus – but it’s not essential.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing
Fabricating and welding subframes and trays for crane trucks
General fitting and fabrication work
Getting hands-on with steel and machinery
Occasionally dealing with hydraulics (if you know your way around them)
Working alongside a small, fun, and supportive team

What We’re Looking For
Welding and fabrication skills (essential)
Experience with subframes and trays (or willingness to learn)
Mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving
A robust work ethic with a sense of humour (non-negotiable!)
Hydraulics knowledge = big bonus
