Property Society Co. is a boutique property styling company specialising in high-end homes across Melbourne. We have quickly grown into a trusted name in the industry and work with some of Melbourne's biggest real estate agents. We are a design-led company with a curated approach, transforming homes into beautifully styled spaces that stand out in the competitive real estate market.

As part of our team, you’ll start by working alongside our stylists and supporting them with day‑to‑day styling tasks. With a busy spring season approaching, we’re looking for someone who can learn quickly and feel confident stepping into the role before our peak period begins.

This is a hands‑on position, so a positive, can‑do attitude is essential. You’ll be on your feet most of the day—packing, unpacking, lifting, and helping bring each project to life with energy and enthusiasm.

While this role begins in an assisting or junior capacity, there is genuine opportunity for growth. If you’re motivated, eager to learn, and excited about building a long‑term career in styling, we’d be thrilled to support your development within our team.





We’re looking for someone who:
Thrives in a busy, fast‑paced, and agile environment
Has a solid eye for detail and a genuine passion for interiors and styling
Works beautifully within a team but can also operate confidently and efficiently on their own
Brings excellent people skills and a friendly, approachable manner
Is highly organised with solid time‑management abilities
Shows great attention to detail in every task
Maintains a positive attitude, even when things get busy or challenging
Can multitask, prioritise, and stay calm under pressure
Is physically capable and comfortable being on their feet most of the day, with some lifting involved
Isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and pitch in wherever needed
Has a flexible approach to work hours — we typically start around 9am and finish in the afternoon, though times may vary depending on the day’s schedule. We work as a team to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.

Pay: $30.00 per hour
