Molloy Island is a 413 acres residential development, located in the Augusta/Margaret River region on the junction of the Blackwood and Scott Rivers. It is a peaceful and secluded residential development with no commercial business, surrounded by water and stunning bush scenery. Access to the island is by a cable driven 4 car barge. Employment is from Tuesday to Saturday, 8.00am — 5.00pm.
Key responsibilities
Operation of the barge from 8.00am — 5.00pm (Training provided)
Maintenance of machinery and Island infrastructure
Management of the Molloy Island Home Owner's Association Office
Working with the MIHOA Committee and local shire to manage the Island
About you
Mechanical skills or general maintenance experience essential
Administration and office management
Positive bookkeeping skills including MYOB or something similar
Excellent computer literacy
Excellent personal communication and community minded skills are vital for both applicants
National Police Clearance
LR or HR license an advantage but not essential
Current first aid certificate for at least one applicant would be an advantage
