We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Trainer and Assessor to deliver training in:
Certificate II in Security Operations
HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting
CPCWHS1001 Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry (White Card)

About the Role

Based in Darwin, you will deliver engaging, compliant, and industry-relevant training to a diverse range of students including security personnel, job seekers, construction workers, corporate clients, and community organisations.

Key responsibilities include:
Delivering face-to-face training and assessment
Conducting practical assessments and observations
Maintaining accurate training records and documentation
Supporting students throughout their learning journey
Ensuring compliance with RTO Standards and training package requirements
Creating an engaging and positive learning environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:





Essential
TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
Current NT Security Licence
Current industry experience in security operations and/or construction safety
Current First Aid qualifications
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to engage learners from diverse backgrounds
Current driver's licence

Highly Desirable
Experience delivering Certificate II in Security Operations
Experience delivering White Card training
Experience delivering First Aid training
Vocational competencies relevant to the courses delivered
