We're a family-focussed hotel featuring lots space for dining, a private function room, playground and beer garden complete with open fire-places.

Following a huge renovation, we are looking for an Assistant Manager who is a true team player and is passionate about customer service.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Positive leadership and transparent direction
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Solid communication skills with customers and colleagues
Experience across all areas of hotels including bar, dining, gaming and bottle shop
Current RSA, Advanced Gaming and RP essential
Able to work shifts across a 7-day roster
Excellent administrative and time management skills
Some experience with booking functions in a similar setting.
