About the Role

We’re looking for a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you’ll support a fun, laid-back 69-year-old woman who needs assistance with all daily cares. She loves a valuable laugh, appreciates friendly banter, and enjoys being around people who have an easy-going outlook on life.

What You’ll Do
Provide person-centred support in daily living activities, including personal care, domestic tasks, and community access
Support clients in social, recreational, and community participation
Maintain accurate documentation and follow support plans




Communicate effectively with client, family, and team members
Uphold client dignity, choice, and rights at all times

Job Types: Subcontract, Casual, Freelance
