Expression of Interest — Role Starting Late 2026

We're a young, up-and-coming hospitality group on the rise in Geelong — home to Daisy, our basement cocktail bar, and now opening a wine bar and restaurant on the ground floor above it, launching late 2026.

We're getting ahead of the curve and inviting expressions of interest for the Head Chef role at our new upstairs venue. This is a genuine opportunity to grow with us — as we expand, so does your role.

The role:
Lead the kitchen for our new restaurant and wine bar, while also overseeing Daisy's existing bar snack program downstairs — a well-established offering that's already running successfully. You'll take ownership of both, ensuring consistency and quality across the group.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
