Baia The Italian, a renowned waterfront establishment in Darling Harbour, Sydney, invites energetic individuals to join our team as Guest Experience Specialists. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to fill the position of Guest Experience Specialist on casual shifts, particularly on Fridays and Saturdays.

Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience.
Collaborate with fellow hospitality team members to uphold high standards of service quality.
Efficiently manage booking allocations,



escort guests to their seats, and handle payment transactions.
Address customer queries and offer knowledgeable advice to enhance their dining experience.
