Beauty Therapist / Laser Technician — Bankstown

The Skin and Body Studio is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate, experienced and reliable Beauty Therapist / Laser Technician to join our friendly team in Bankstown.

We are a busy women’s-only clinic with a robust focus on quality treatments, client care and results. We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves laser and skin treatments, takes pride in their work and is looking to become a loyal, long-term member of our team.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Candela laser hair removal — GentleLase or GentleMax Pro preferred
Strong knowledge of skin types, laser safety and pre/post-treatment care
Genuine passion for laser and achieving great client results
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Reliable, punctual and committed to their shifts
Loyal, trustworthy and looking for a long-term position
Well-presented, professional and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced clinic




Flexible with availability, as the clinic is open 7 days, 9am–9pm
Available for part-time or full-time work

Responsibilities
Perform safe and effective laser hair removal treatments
Conduct thorough skin consultations and patch tests
Ensure all treatments are performed safely and to a high standard
Provide professional pre- and post-treatment advice
Build strong relationships with clients and provide an exceptional experience
Maintain clinic hygiene and skilled standards
Assist with other beauty and skin treatments when required
Work efficiently and professionally in a busy clinic environment
