About the role

We are recruiting for multiple positions with an established engineering and manufacturing business supporting the mining and heavy industrial sectors. Due to increased workload, we are seeking reliable and experienced workers across fabrication, workshop, production, machine operating and mechanical support roles. Multiple prospects are available, including Trade Qualified Boilermakers, General Hands, Trade Assistants, Machine Operators, Rebuild / Fitting Workers, and Production Workers.

Key responsibilities
MIG & FCAW welding and fabrication
Mechanical fitting and rebuild work
Operating workshop and production machinery
Reading and interpreting drawings
Forklift operations and material handling
Rigging and lifting activities
Grinding, cutting and component preparation
Using hand and power tools
General workshop and production duties
Housekeeping and maintaining safe work areas

About you




Previous workshop, manufacturing or heavy industrial experience
LF Forklift Licence
Basic Rigging (RB)
Overhead Crane experience
Ability to read and interpret drawings
Mechanical aptitude
Machine operating experience
Solid safety awareness
Reliable attitude and good work ethic
For Boilermaker positions, a recognised trade qualification and strong fabrication/welding experience are required
