About the Role

DRVN Personal Trainers is placing Personal Trainers into a network of 100+ gyms across Australia. If you're a qualified or studying cert 4 PT looking for consistent client flow, real career progression, and a pay structure that rewards you for gaining experience for your craft - this is built for you.

Build your client base with zero expenses, risk free start, access to an expert mentor and career pathways that only exist with DRVN. All training such as sales, lead generation, programming and more will be fully supported, mentored and guided with you by our expert mentors.

How You're Paid: The DRVN Growth Pathway

Unlike flat per-session rates, our pay structure increases the longer you stay with us and the more experience you gain - rewarding loyalty, consistency, and performance. As you progress through our 8-level pathway (from Foundation Trainer through to Lead Mentor), your session rate rises, performance bonuses kick in, and senior levels open up mentoring opportunities within the business allowing you to a base rate of up to $74 per hour with zero costs to you.

What We're Looking For
Certificate III & IV in Fitness (or equivalent - currently studying cert 4 is accepted)
Current CPR/First Aid certification
Fitness Australia or physical activity Australia registration
Robust communication skills and a client-first attitude
Reliable, qualified, and committed to building long-term client relationships
You want to make personal training a long-term career
