The Role

As a Permanent Part-Time Lifeguard, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the member experience and keeping our destination secure. You will build great relationships with our members and provide supervision over the aquatics space, identifying and responding to potential risks in and around the water. This role will also see you managing water quality and plant room functions.

About You

You will be a team player, natural communicator and have a strong commitment to the safety and well-being of our local community.

In addition, you will meet the following criteria:
Pool Lifeguard licence, First Aid & CPR Certificates (or willing and able to obtain, paid for by us!)
Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
Strong communication and customer service skills

Desirable
Current Pool Lifeguard licence
Previous lifeguard / SLSC experience

Our successful candidate is also willing to requalify annually in all Lifeguard specific competencies and annually (paid for by us!)
Flexible hours and days are required for this role. Shifts range from open (4:45am) to close (8pm) Monday-Sunday
