Are you looking for rewarding, hands-on seasonal work? Skillinvest is seeking Field Workers for the upcoming 2026/27 harvest season in Horsham, Dooen and surrounding areas. Opportunities are available with a range of crop research organisations undertaking key agricultural trials and research projects.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Assembling trial tents and cages
General labouring and shovelling
Manual picking and harvesting of plants
Hand threshing of seed
Bagging flowering plants
Cleaning, treating and bagging seed
Sowing seeds in pots

IS THIS YOU?
Reliable transport to and from work
Versatile availability and able to work at short notice when required
Physically fit and capable of manual work
Comfortable working outdoors, including during warmer weather
Able to follow instructions and work safely
Robust attention to detail and able to complete repetitive tasks
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
